And so much humor, your whole day will be brightened.

First of all, it’s a whole lot thicker, and the pictures inside are stunning. I love all the pictures of him, and the photos of the food make my mouth water. Well-made, may I dare say that the second cookbook is way better than the first. Both cookbooks are well-made, no doubt about that. However, the second one has thicker and stronger pages, which are easily wipeable. The colors are also vibrant and colorful. So much information on each food item. It is so worth buying.

There are some really great recipes for some baked goods that I was trying to find authentic ones of (like hummingbird cake), as well as some new delights to try. I must wholeheartedly heartily admit there is one recipe that I was REALLY hoping would be in here, that is not; an authentic Ebinger’s Blackout cake. I have come across a few that are very close, but none that quite right. The search continues.
